1. Data controller
The data controller is Leonardo Vescovo, Scorzè (VE), Italia. Contact: lexchaingroupswiss@gmail.com.
2. Which data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), country, service of interest and the message you write.
- Email and WhatsApp: the data contained in the messages you send us.
- Call booking: if you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy; we receive the data you enter there.
- Technical data: the hosting provider processes IP address and technical logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Please do not send us sensitive data (health, criminal records, etc.) or confidential documents through the form.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your request and preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Security and proper functioning of the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell it.
4. Who processes the data on our behalf
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery;
- Celonis SE / Make — forwarding of form submissions to our mailbox;
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — email (Gmail);
- Calendly LLC — call booking (only if you use it);
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. — only if you write to us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). In that case the transfer is based on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses, as applicable.
5. Retention
We keep requests and related correspondence for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded (in which case the retention periods required by law apply). Afterwards the data is deleted.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to lexchaingroupswiss@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for example the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the authority of your country.
Providing data is optional, but without it we cannot answer your request. No automated decision-making takes place.
